1. Digital Product Refunds

Once a digital product (e-PDF, subscription, job notification plan) is purchased:

The item is delivered instantly
It cannot be returned
No refunds or cancellations will be issued

2. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is detected, a full refund will be processed after verification.
Users must contact us at support@meracsc.com with transaction proof.

3. Failed or Incomplete Delivery

If you encounter:

Issues downloading your e-PDF
Problems accessing purchased content

We will assist you to ensure successful delivery.

4. Subscription Services

Subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, even if you stop using the service.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with payment proof.
